I have recently ordered the

From the Galaxy Franchise through online portal and they have committed fraud with me when I received the parcel it was messed up and the dirty clothes (pants) were packed in it. Sir I have paid the whole price for the parcel at the time of delivery. When I came to know about the fraud I instantly emailed the courier service as well as the Merchant, courier service replied my mail and asked to contact the merchant and there is no way to contact him nor he is replying to my mail. Therefore , it is very necessary to take legal action against him and that he may be sued and punished for his fraud
