Hi Team,

I had visited Mahabaleshwar hill station on 1st of April, 2023 along with my wife. We were lured into a process to buy Tourism package by sales executive of Royals Club International Company.

He ( Deav Sharma ) and his Manager ( Vinod Malwiya or Vinod Singh. Not sure if both Deav Sharma and Vinod Singh are correct names or fake ). They made so many false promises over the counter while selling this policy to us for which I have audio recording in my possession.

They deceived us by using their false sales and marketing techniques and made us pay 85000/- INR. They did not explain us any of the terms and conditions written in the agreement document ( not sure if this agreement is also fake ).

We visited them very next day to cancel the membership application since they had given so many false promises, they started giving us excuses. They confirmed on 2nd of April that they did not explain T&C’s to us which is also recorded in the video, whereas agreement document says their sales executive have explained all the T&C’ to us but that is not the case. They did not explain any true Terms of the agreement to us.

Now when I have asked them for refund they are telling me that they will deduct 25000 rs of admin fees and 18% GST amount of the total cost paid. The receipt provided to me on 1st of april does not contain GST number of the company, also I did not find company registration number on any of the documents provided to me.

I request forum to investigate this matter. I have all the proofs from my side where they have faked things and deceived us in buying the policy.
