My Sub Order ID is 146815997765_1
I ordered a shoe(prepaid) costing Rs832 on 19/02/24. I received the
delivery on 21/02/24. On opening the package I found the product was
totally different from the product I ordered.
I raised multiple return requests but the pickup agent says that the
product is not matching so quality check has failed. Is this a joke?
When the product delivered to me was different then how can it match
with the product that is being returned?
I have taken photos of the delivered product on 21st itself and have
attached them.
The wrong product should be taken back and I want my money refunded.
