I ordered two products worth Rs. 498/- from “Arichart, powered by Shopify” (https://arichart.myshopify.com/) on 25th December, 2021. Till date there is no intimation of the status or delivery of my order. It seems that Arichart has cheated me and committed fraud against me. Hence it should be held liable under the relevant provisions of IPC Code, IT Act and Consumer Protection Act.
