To whom so ever this may concern

I have sent many emails, instead of helping me. Amazon ofm team has sent me a response and not keeping others in loop.

I had copied PM office and other govt department. It appears to me that, the government is either scared of Amazon or they might have taken bribe to shut case.

I am an honest tax payer and an honest citizen.

Instead of helping your own citizen you are helping an. American company to run away.

This is such a shame on my country government. Amazon employe instead of helping me sent me a shame less response which I have attached to this email.

I have attached the response I have received today 06th June 2023 from Amazon ofm team.

My constitution give me all the right to get refund if my product is not delivered.

I am looking for the refund of 1 jeans nd Amazon prime charge.

Amazon is not helping me and pushing me from pillar to the post and also they are not taking my calls. They seem to have blocked me.

I am Lokesh and my Adhaar number is 774646749793. I was a customer of Amazon india for 9 years.

I ended my relationships with Amazon on 3rd June 2023.

I had few orders which are not delivered by amazon post i cancelled my account.

Now Amazon is not providing me refund or delivery of the product.

It is my right to get my money in case if my order is not delivered as per consumer protection act 2019.

Amazon and their team are pushing me from the pillar to the post.

Amazon is mentally harassing me and provoking me to comit suicide.

It is my hard earned money which they have blocked.

This is a bad organisation and they must be kicked out of India for practicing fraud and dissatisfaction among people of indi.

I have written them many mails in the last few days and i have had no response or resolution.

I have 1 jeans wear left and i am also looking for the refund of Amazon prime service.

In the last 9 years Amazon and team has harassed me to the highest extent.

If i commit suicide Amazon, JEFF Bezos and Amit agarwal shall be hold responsible.

Amazon is a fraud organisation.

They sell pesticides and insecticide which are not less than poision.

Remember a case where in a customer bought poision from Amazon and comitted suicide.

Amazon is triggering to comit suicide.

I want my money back or my product.

Amazon is a third class company.

I have sent my order I’d with screenshot in all emails and i am not gonna send the info again

They behave very badly with people as if their customer are their servant.

No resolution for long time.

In last 9 years I have lost lot of money.

I still trusted the name and ordered stuff for nearly 10000 on June 1st.

Few products were delivered and few are left.

Now they are saying that because I have deleted my account they can’t give me refund or product.

As per the 2019 consumer protection act an organisation must give away money if the product is not delivered.

Mr. PM- u can check any complaints portal and u shall find a lot of complaint against amazon.

They are looting people and harressing them.

Eating their money and not providing service.

Their CEO Jeff Bezos is basturd and so is Amit Agarwal .

Please take a strict action against amazon.

This is loot and not customer service.

I want my money or REMAING product and i also want my Amazon prime amount to be refunded.

Jeff Bezos and Amit Agarwal are not humans they are monsters.

They both are shameless people.

I want my money back
