I would like to tell that m using voda from many years and vodafone network is now the world’s pathetic network i have complained bout it to them many time but no positive response from them so I stop using the service from 2month and now on 28th june I got msg on my watsap from a girl from voda saying we have waived off half the amount of Rs. 1400 and now u will have to pay only 700. As per discussion with that voda customer care representative
+91 85120 01186 and mail I got from their team sandeep.nirwan@vodafoneidea.com on 30th june I have made payment of rs.700 to get resume my services with no dues left as per them commitment. After payment done I got no revert back or a single SMS or email regarding activation of my number and then on 1st july in evening my no got activated with the msg that please pay your outstanding amount of Rs.639.
Are they playing games and wasting time and money of a 10yrs old customer? Seriously this is a big torcher wat they are doing with me. today again my services got restricted and call barring activated on my phone..is this kind of service Vodafone service are providing to their customer they are doing fraud to only make money..this is a false commitment and want my money back or resume my services…Also I will not even pay rent of july (6june_6th july) which I have not used their service. I want to get my number port.
Request you to pls help me out.
