I made my daughter’s profile on shadi .Com for free trial but since day one they started calling me and preserised me to perchage their personalised plan and offered me this for 16500/ ( recording one) in second recording I said that I was busy . In third conversation on 30th March at around 7 PM she told me that because of March closing this is being offered me only for Rs 5000/ only (recording 3) if I make payments on same day till 10 PM. Same time I also requested to disclose all terms and conditions but at this point also she didn’t tell me anything, she just told me to transfer 5000/- then all terms and conditions will display automatically but nothing happened like that. I was very happy that the services worth Rs 16000 have been given me only in Rs 5000/. Same night I mailed to Ms Shakshi ( mail id is provided with name of Sujata.K@peopleinterective.in) that madam please start your formalities I will upload the photo and other details on first navaratra day ( 2nd April).
But I was shoked when I received a call of Mr Kumar from your side who said that I can opt shadi select for rs 12500/. I told him that I have purchased personalised plan for rs 5000/ he informed me that a normal plan has been given to me.
You are requested to please listen all three conversations attached here serial wise. You yourself will reach to the conclusion that I have been cheated by your sales person there fore either give me personalized service for the paid amount or refund my entire amount without delay.
Hopping justice from the senior officers of a reputed company. I also request that a warning be issued to the sales person not to cheat the innocent customers and play malpractices as this malish the reputation of the company.
