Received a delivery from Delhivery courier service having AWB no. 33096104523914 in the name of my husband saying it is COD but the order was not placed by my husband. The order is not from any company or website. It contains only the delhivery bill and seller details are not mentioned. On reviewing online we learned that this is scam by the courier company. We have raised a complaint with the bank as well.
Kindly help us to report the companies fraudulent behavior and take necessary action against the courier service provider.
