Text of Complaint by JAVED ANSARI:

I have sim card(post paid) of airtel in which i got incoming call 5924102 from last one month which is charged @Rs.5 per minute due to this our bill is increased by around 165 in June 2023 . I told many times the airtel company agents who contacted for bill payments but they are just saying this we will working on it, issue will be resolve in 72hours. I can not do anything. As a consumer what should I do. It seems that this is a fraud/scam by Airtel to increase post paid bill.
It is therefore requested to do the needful in this regard at earliest so that we may not suffer so more financial loss in this regard.

  1. I bought one post number from Airtel, however the same was not activated by me. The customer care is now forcing me to pay the bill of minimum 90 days in order to deactivate the number. They informed me that the number was activated in a OPPO handset whereas i have never owned or used OPPO handset.
