Hi,

I was using postpaid connection of vodafone and i used to open vodafone app everyday to check my data. But on 21 oct 2020 it was strange i had 42 Gb data in my account and was getting charged for using it. Therefore, I called vodafone customer care and informed it. The agent said bill is not generated yet. So, he can’t do anything at this stage. However, he checked my balance for internet data remaining on my account was around 42 Gb. He informed me feel free to use internet as i had 42Gb in my account the charges will be waived off.

After that i ported it from postpaid to prepaid on 24 oct  2020. Now they are forcing me to pay for internet charges which were there due to vodafone companies glitch as i had data in my account till the last day before porting.

They have sent me internet charges of 620 without gst and total of  902 including plan. I have used it for 9-10 days of bill cycle and my plan was of 400-499.

Now they are harshing me alot and sending me messages, email. No one responsible person has contacted me. I have recording of the agent talked with him on 21 oct 2020. Now, they are giving me just one ring missed call twice and forwarding me that you have to pay it.

No clearification has been done just forcing and harsahing me to pay. It’s all there fault and now blaming me.
