I have ordered mobile redmi note 5 pro 4GB/64GB blue on 15 Oct, 2018 from paytm oreder no. 6289248284. I did prepay of amount rs 15985. I got the product on 17 Oct, 2018. I got the bill of redmi note 5 pro but got an iphoe cloan. I raised complain to paytm. they took 10 days to invetigate, replied that i got the right product and your refund cannot be initaited. i asked them to provide me the investigating details, they denied for it. now i am helpless, this is the way that they have investigated, i lost my money.
