SUBJECT: – Complaint submission against instant mobile Loan Fraud I am a victim of the ongoing big SCAM that was unearthed by the Telangana police who then subsequently raided many such fraud INSTANT LOAN MOBILE APPLICATIONS ON GOOGLE PLAY STORE. I have filed complaints in cybercrime and also sachet RBI but I am still receiving messages from different fake numbers and interest is being levied on me on daily basis. When I contact their email and numbers there is no response. 2.I had taken a loan of 7000/-in Dec-2020 from their associate company Udhaar Loan PAISA LOAN and MONEYBOX (which has many alias names) as well and that company too has been identified as fraud. please note I had paid my dues then itself.also Please note there is no available site, app, customer care number or email address. This is because the cyber police have raided and closed all such fake applications and sealed and arrested the Frauds. I am also getting messages from their so-called employees threatening me that they will call all my contact lists and publish my Phone gallery pictures because they have hacked my phone. They have also made alias apps on the google play store from where I get messages for payments with heavy interests. I have spoken with ACP Jhadhav sir (BKC CYBERCRIME)and Mukesh Patil Sir(VAKOLA POLICE STATION) in detail and I am submitting all proofs here so to establish that these fake applications from google play have been troubling me and many more like us. When I ask their customer chat for proof of their NBFC LICENSE they refuse to give any details. when I ask for my loan agreement they say the application server is down and thus I should pay via private links that they will send me. even google app has now red-flagged these applications and indications of HARMFUL APP have started popping up. I have submitted all proofs and I also have their call records. please note My grievance reported on cybercrime.gov.in with Acknowledgement No. 21912200084119. and my scahet complaint number is no. is TEL21010073.
These apps are still on google play store with different names and calls are actively being made to me and threatening to share my gallery pictures and whatsapping me with threats. As per instructions from Cyber police I am not paying any amount to any random links or without receiving their official loan agreement and NBFC details. Requesting for help and guidance to address this problem. I have been receiving these whatsapp every 4 5 days from different numbers and i also have call recordings please help.Thank you
