I have a friend who applied in Sun Pharma from HireTale (https://www.hiretale.com/jobs/view/13689/Sun-Pharmaceutical-Ltd-Data-Scientist-(Research-&-Development)) and got a call from Ravindra Singh (Sr. Executive, Human Resources, Mob. No.-9667602531) at 11 AM on 10th April 2019 and then he asked her a few questions related to Machine Learning and situational questions which hardly lasted for 15 min and told her that she has qualified for the 2nd round which will be held at 1:30 PM and it will be held via Audio Conference. Then she attended the conference and Mr. Sidharth Jha took the interview and asked a few basic questions again and this too lasted for 20 minutes. Then they said you need to complete the IBM SPSS Modeller certification to be eligible for this post and we will keep your profile on hold and then he asked if you have any contacts or training institute you know who can provide you the certification. To this, she replied ‘No’. Then he said that I am referring your profile to IBM and a concerned person from IBM will call you for the training. Then she received mail from Devesh Sidhraj(devesh.s@benfomet.com) with Sidharth Jha(sidharth.jha@benfomet.com), Myra(myra.o@benfomet.com), Ravindra Singh (ravindra.s@benfomet.com) in CC, claiming that your amount will be reimbursed, the salary will be so and so and working hours will be 9:30 AM-6:30 PM.
After a few hours, she got a call from Mr. Vikas Singh(Mob. no.-9319121846) of Skills India Traning and he told that the course will hardly take 10 days for completion and we will provide you a personal trainer and you can choose at what time you want to study. He then sent a brochure with contents of the certification in mail (admin@skillsindiatraining.com) and the fees was mentioned as Rs. 14,999/- + 18% GST= Rs. 17698.82. Then he said that if you are interested you can transfer the amount in the account details mentioned below

He also told that you will get the enrollment number within the next 24 hours and then after that, he never picked the call. He sent the enrollment number the next day and the study material too. But then whenever she is trying to call his number, it’s saying “The phone is switched off’ Neither are Ravindra, or Sidhraj replying to mails or picking up the call.
They talk very politely and you would never come to know that this a fraud as everything seems genuine. The process got completed in a span of just 5-6 hours. How come HireTale has allowed such job posting on their site.

I have lost trust in all these sites claiming to provide jobs. If they claim this, they should have a background check of each company before allowing them to post such kind of jobs.
