but they told me to get this gift you have to do purchase for 4000 from paytm wallet and then they given me one number 8276901490 telling this is paytm mall registered no and then i have placed a order of 5299 1 luggage bag and sended the amt in given no
but after sending amt i was not able to see any order placed in my paytm app then i inquired in detail abt this call on paytm customer care no i got to know that this was fraud call and
next day again i got a call from same department no is 7084959914 he was asking some gst for my gift then i refused to pay i told them them i dont want any product pls refund my amt soon and they stopped replying disconnecting phn.so please help me to get my amt back…

Yes i think paytm leaked or sell data of the customers out side.because i got same fake call from +919076733425 and told me all the details of me even what i bought in past from paytmmall.com also with my home address and everything.
I said that i will buy 5000 product from paytmmall.com on cash on delivery so he said no..you have to pay online payment only for gift.
than i said send me Email of this gift if i am selected as a winner.so he got angry and disconnect call.

I can provide more phone numbers from which I have received call and that account number provided to do transaction.Kindly provide me your mail ID so I can pass on the details.Seems like they are based in Delhi thought it looks like different location if you trace the number.I asked that person it seems your phone location is Kolkata then how come you are calling from Delhi so he mentioned it is shown through the server so it is really big scam and someone need to trace it down.

I got a call from +91 77390 56750. The person told me I have won mahindra XUV and asked me to deposit 1,50,000 in his account. I knew it was fake so I just disconnected the call. He kept calling until I blocked his number. Kindly take some action as I also got a text from Paytm’s official sender.

he had the complete details of my last order.he told me that i have been selected in some lucky 5 customers, and i have to purchase of inr 5000 from jabong to avail the gift.but cash on delivery not possible even payment on jabong site is not possible, i only have to make payment on their given account details, while be on call.
this thing clicked me and i checked online. i found that many person has been trapped in such frauds..
but these callers are so well informed, they have our complete details, name, phone no,email id , registered house address even our order history
Had same experience , they know all my PayTM details , my address , my last order , At first I thought its genuine call but when they told me to transfer money on personal account I refused. PayTM details are not secured at all , uninstalling this app, I have recorded the conversation for proof.

I got this call from the number +8881024236, the guy claimed that he is calling on behalf of PayTMMall and told me that I have been selected for a special gift from PayTmMall and told me to choose from the same gifts mentioned above. Then after me selecting the gift, he told me to shop for 4000 before 4 p.m.
Not actually shop but to just add the product to the cart. I tried to verify but then he even told me that he has the invoice for the product I bought from the PaytmMall.
Then I asked him to call me back and did the google search and found out this complaint.

Hello friends. I am prashant singh from indore. On 11 sep 2018 , I got a call from Paytm mall, regarding the prizes which was announced in lucky draw. The guy asked me to give Aadhar card and one passport photo along with 6000 rs to make the paper for the Mahindra XUV to be delivered to me.
As I asked his address, so he told Sakshi nagar, Tata nagar, Jamshedpur. But the calling no was shown of Karnataka on true caller.
I think the data is been leaked by paytm. So we need to highlight this, as it’s dangerous

She even asked me to order of atleast rs 5000 from paytm mall and I will get 50percent cashback. I suspected so I said I will call back in hour. then I saw this post. Today I too got a call from 8881196198 expressing the same (even cashback of 40% too) as mentioned by above people and they trapped me by providing all my Paytm account details as well as different purchased items in history. Finally, I made a payment of Rs. 5598 and also received a message of confirmation id. However, by reading above post, I can clearly say that I became prey of them and I lost my money. Going to register a complain in Paytm and hopefully for FIR too.

Somebody called me claiming to be from paytm and exactly described my last shopping item. The also had all my address details and described it correctly. They told me that due to my last purchase I was randomly selected to receive a gift which was a Dell Laptop which was the one I chose out of the 4 gifts they mentioned. They told me all I needed to do was shop any item worth of 3000 and add it to cart and I could then claim my gift. I selected an hp inkjet printer worth of 3699 from paytm mall and they exactly confirmed and described the item from their side even mentioning the money back amount correctly. They then asked for my WhatsApp number telling me that I would receive a link for the checkout. They sent me a QR code and I scanned it via my App and made the payment. I’m shocked how does paytm allow somebody to have all my last purchase details and my personal address info for me to trust someone to think they are from paytm and for them to be able to lure me into loosing all of my hard earned money.The QR code they sent via their WhatsApp number 9818693663. They called me from this number +91 7838266467 and later this one +919953981736 after the transaction was made to further try to trick me with another offer.
The local courier delivery company might have sold the data. This could be the possible reason i guess.

My brother got an SMS and later call from 90063818104 Ashok Kumar Singh of Paytm mall based at Jharkhand, asking us to pay charges of Rs.9000 for registration of Tata vehicle in our name. Asked him to send identity proof, she shared aadhar card, company id card which he shared.
My brother got a call from 9006381804 Ashok singh, Paytm mall, Jharkhand that he is the winner of Tata Safari and for getting the vehicle in our name, we should make a payment of 9000 as service charges for registration. We have asked for documents for identification, for which they shared aadhar card and company id card.
This is being a normal practice of fraud. till date, I get three calls of such types, Surprisingly they have all data of shopping history, name address etc, Today I again gets a call from number 8587068103 for the gifts and shopping of minimum 4000/-, also sent a WhatsApp message from a number 9319127874 for confirming the purchase details and gift.
But after hearing all their bakwas I have disconnected the call. I am having a recording of their call conversation, WhatsApp message,
But not have any idea how to punish and stop such idiots to cheat others.

I received a similar call today (12 September, 11:15AM) from +91 8697120569. Thankfully, I was on my laptop at the time and I was able to find this thread. I asked him to forward the details via email, and he agreed and disconnected the call.
It was exactly the same offer regarding one of 5 gifts – Laptop/ TV/ iPhone/ Fridge/ Washing Machine for which I need to make purchases of 5000 on Paytm. The caller knew my past address which was given during KYC, which I haven’t updated on Paytm since I never used Paytm Mall for any shopping.
I got a call from this number 9073904435 and I spoke with him for 16 Minutes and recorded the conversation on how he convinces us to pay him. Shop anything for 5k in Paytm and get assured gift. ****** thought can cheat me but I refused understanding it is a Fraud.

Hey Guys, – I got a call just now from this same group. BARELY ESCAPED. Just when i was typing the account number provided by these fraudster i realized something is fishy. You know what , i cut the call and these guys are calling again and again.. Finally i thought i will record the conversation. To my surprise when i finished the call blasting them, the audio recorded call is not blurred and not recorded properly. Surely these group are so technically talented. GUYS, PLEASE DONT FALL IN PREY TO THESE GANGSTERS. They told me am lucky person and i got to choose from Laptop, AC, Fridge Apple I Phone.. All are so lucrative and make yourself to feel happy. Then they will give time to go over payTM online shopping and ask you to choose any product over 5 K. And now here comes their trick.. They will guide you to open your PAYTM account on phone number and ensure to make you to pay to some bank account number.. And thats it. I escaped in the last moment as i sensed fishy..
Phone number they called – 90734 62107.. Even this phone number comes witth a TRUECALLER Tag as PAYTM. Amazing indeed. The bank account number they provided is 918888344697. Pay TM Bank. If some paytm team people see this message , please take cognizance of this and help to nab these people. Else with your name they will swindle money like anything. And many will not report since the amount of loss may not be over 5-6k .. But collectively these people are making tonnes of money.
