hello sir?mam this is niloy from siliguri (west bengal, my no is 8391077566
i got a call from 9598238943 on 8th nov 2018 telling that you have selected for lucky winners regarding your purchase done in past and then they told me the gift for what i am selected for and they are television , i phone 7, dell, hp laptop, samsung tv and gold ornaments.
but after sending amt i was not able to see any order placed in my paytm app. I believed them because they told me about my last purchase from paytm, my name and address. Thats why no suspect of fraud came to my mind.
next day again i got a call from same department no is 7309257154 and 9633277302 who was asking some gst for my gift then i refused to pay i told them them i dont want any product pls refund my amt soon and they stopped replying disconnecting phn.so please help me to get my amt back… . is it possible to track from mobile phone address or the account where the payment is made from my paytm wallet. This transaction happéned on 8th nov 2018. Please help.
