I ported my sim from VI(Vodafone) to jio in jio store.
After a day I kept on getting calls from Vodafone. When I picked up they told that I should cancel my number in order activate the jio sim. They told me to message 1900 to cancel my number and I did .Then I realised that I have been fooled into cancel my porting order. Now I have lost my money for buying the new sim from jio because they cannot provide refund because I cancelled the process. This type of behaviour from Vodafone to keep their customers from changing to another number is unforgivable.
