Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the service provider of Locanto for fraudulent activity. On [06-05-2023], I purchased a escort servicefrom Locanto, and I paid the different charges to avail the service agreed-upon fee of [53,499.00] paid in small different amounts. However, after paying the fee, I did not receive the promised service. I have attempted to contact the service provider multiple times, but they have not responded to any of my requests for a refund or an explanation.
As a result of this fraudulent activity, I would like to request a refund of the full amount that I paid to the service provider. I have attached all relevant documentation, including payment receipts, correspondence with the service provider, and any other relevant information.
I believe that this fraudulent activity is a serious violation of consumer protection laws, and I urge you to take appropriate action against the service provider. I would also appreciate it if you could keep me informed of any progress made in this matter.
