Hello Sir Madam
I ordered 3 set of Inner garment from Zyngos (costing Rs 799). The payment Mode was COD.
1- After 3 days I got a call from Zyngos customer care stating I have ordered so and so product and it will get delivered by 15th March 2021. Please confirm your address. I confirmed and the Moment I wanted to ask more details about the order and the return policy if the material is not good, she disconnected the call.
2- Again next day I received same call by another lady but this time she assured by saying that I can return within 10 days in the given address or through calling tollfree no.
3. On 14th Mar 2021, I received the parcel. It came through DELHIVERY logistics. I asked delivery person to let me check and if the product is wrong Ill not accept. As I have sensed something wrong with the previous call. He refused to accept if I open.
4- The imp point is- When I opened the parcel three cheap quality XS size inner wear were there which was not even a 10% of what quality and product I have ordered.
Plus the most shocking thing was “There was no Sender Name, Address, Contact or other details”
How DELHIVERY logistic is promoting such Fraud companies … I have no answer.
5- Later when I called local DELHIVERY office, Durg Chhattisgarh, They informed the parcel has come from Delhi.
6- I called Delhi they informed that it has come from ZYNGOS ONLINE SHOPPING but no address or contact details are available with them.
I HAVE NO CLUE FROM WHERE TO CONTACT FOR REFUND. AS THE NO. THEY PROVIDED GETS DISCONNECTED WITH 30 SECONDS AS SOON THE TELECOMMUNICATION PERSON TAKES THE CALL.
AND NO OTHER RETUN METHOF IS MENTIONED ON THERE PORTAL.
PLEASE HELP…
I want to plea to take some action against both Zyngos (for fraud) and Delhivery (for knowing or unknowingly supporting Fraud).
Please look into this matter. Many people have been cheated by Zyngos (I read more than 20 complainst on FB, And other online platforms)
Hope to get justic from our Indian Consumer Court. We trust you.
