I have ordered watch from watch-mela. Com aka watch villa on 11 December 2020. I came up their site through YouTube ads. Watch I have orderd was Diesel watch worth 1,649 rupees (mentioned in their website)but got fastrack watch and that too broken not working one. The order was delivered by ekart on 18 December 2020. It’s a big fraud.
- The customer support no. given by them (9910664926) is also not working . They are not responding to the numbers.
- According to the consumer protection rights , “Right to Information” they have misled us by showing a combo of 2 Diesel watch Daddy 2.0 edition worth 18000-19000 and sent a broken fasttrack watch with address of apex enterprise New Delhi.
- They have misled us which comes under violating Right to information act of consumer rights
- So I need refund and compensation for hurting sentiments and misleading us.
