order placed on 6th of august 2020 from vwestern.com and paid amount of rs 998. Till date there is no reply for the mails sent and no other information and when i called the customer care number they spoke so rude and told me that your product won’t be deliverable and said to get back your cash download Anydesk app and when i said i know about this app and its not for getting payment back the person was soo rude and told your amount won’t be refunded and ordered dress also won’t be given.
