- hello fraud vodofone telecom here i have a big complaint on you,
- Issue one: when I visited your office at davangere for the purpose of activating disactivated vodafone number then your office stop misguided and made me to get postpaid sim to activate dead number with explaining wrong offer, and charged bill for me
- Issue 2: vodafone themselves they have upgrade my number with high value redx offer without information
- Issue 3: no good and convenience response from customer care people themselves the disconnect call without intimation
- Main issue 4: when I fed up and went for port option with other network after paid complete due amount an unknown person from vodafone care called in the name of airtel customer care by different number and ask me to do as per his direction and cancel porting request and then make his number as not valid
- So for whatever amount paid by me for networking change to other network company its will again make me time consume and waste of money also about this issue the custome care people also talk very irresponsive
- Really I won’t leave this cheater vodafone
- Network issue is so worst
