I am using Vodafone postpaid sim having no.9990263399. But due to higher bill amount decided to change the server to jio. I called jio and there executive came to my address and started the process of sim port and collect 400/- as 2 months recharge of jio prepaid in advance. But after an hour i received a call from Vodafone and they advised me to not to change the server and instead just shift from postpaid to prepaid and assured me to adjust the 400/- rupees be adjusted towards 2 months advance recharge Vodafone prepaid sim. By believing the commitment made by the Vodafone team i made cancel port request to jio . But from that day till today i m getting mislead by Vodafone staff.
