I have ordered work of painting to urban company but I am astonished to see their third class services and they worked less than the quotation sent to me .even they damaged my toilet flush and also they didn’t mop up the floors and other things cleaned up after painting.They did repainting in stead of fresh paint.when I asked for refund they offered me no refund but can rework.why shoul d I get rework and again dust all over my home where I am staying. I need fifty percent refund ie 22000(44000/2) which I paid from my hard earned money as advance to them.
