I placed an order for a Men’s Linen Shirt Pack from the website www.underclothing.in and paid ₹1200 in Cash on Delivery today.
However, instead of the linen shirts, I received two old/used children’s jeans, which is completely different from what I ordered.
The parcel had no proper invoice or return instructions. There is no return, refund, or customer support option on the website. This is clearly a case of fraud and deceptive online selling.
I have kept the wrong product as evidence and have taken photographs of it.
I am requesting a full refund of ₹1200 and appropriate action against UnderClothing.in for misleading and fraudulent practices.
Kindly take urgent action to help resolve this issue.
