I am writing to address an issue with my recent order of ADIDAS ULTRABOOST LIGHT running shoes for men, which was placed with Order ID OD329317113590718100. The order was priced at Rs. 11,399.
On the day of delivery, the delivery executive requested payment before handing over the parcel. As I had ordered a size 11 for the shoes, I received a pair in size 10 instead. Consequently, the delivery executive collected the incorrect parcel, and the order was subsequently marked as canceled.
It has been 21 days since the cancellation of my order, and I have not yet received the refund. According to your policy, this matter should have been resolved by October 24th, but it remains unresolved.
