Hi there is a channel on Telegram under the name of Kerala Custom Office – B Radhakrishnan who cheats innocent people by claiming he is personal assistance of a custom officer through a telegram channel  Indian customs shop. Firstly he asks for the payment and then block the user so that he cannot be contacted back. I had booked a Mobile  and  given the amount of Rs.7000/- through paytm but still no trace. He has given me the tracking id reference no of Triconcourier . But this courier website is also fake , I understand our money is our responsibility but people like him also have no rights to loot peoples harden earned money. Its a humble request to take strict action on him so that our money can be refunded
