My Tata play set top box was not working so I raised an online complaint via tata play app.
Executive came and resolved the problem ( by resetting the set-top box) and later asked me to install tata binge app and said service request will be closed by signing up on this app.
Later he took my phone and himself subscribed for trial pack on Tata binge app and said its a free trial for 1 month, the amount which got deducted will be refunded within 24 hours.
Literally he conned me by making false statements/commitments.
I worked for TATA group of Company & I definitely don’t expect this behavior from any employee. I hope Senior management reads this complaint and stop happening this to any other tata play customer
