I saw a post of Sonshop on Instagram selling storage baskets (09 nos.) In Rs. 1099/-. I have ordered the same on 18th Feb’23 and done through Cash on delivery. Day before Yesterday, i.e., on 27th Feb’23 I received the courier. I paid the amount. And after opening the parcel, it had just 2 covers and even those were torn/bad quality. I tried to contact them on the website but they havent provided any detail to reach out to them. its a clear case of fraud and please guide me with next steps
