Hello
I am Mr. Saloar Alam
My order number is KT2023-01-21829 and KT2023-01-21832 (pohunch.com),I had placed my order on 05/1/2023 worth of ₹5,354/- and ₹810/- ively but I haven’t yet received my order, after keep calling customer care number 91-9811660096, but no one responding for calls on given number , after that on Consumercare@pohunch.com sending mails, but no one responding for calls, as well as on Consumercare@pohunch.com mails. but till date I have not received any responses on call as well as on mail.
As order place on Dt 05-1-23 it almost 25 days now. So i am raising the complaint to get my total amount to be refunded.
Pls revert soon regarding when will I receive it.
