Shilpshaala is an Instagram account handled by one Krishna Rathi. He has been advertising jwellery using his Id Shilpshaala. On 10th June 2023, I placed an order for 2 nose rings worth Rs 2100. The money was transferred to his account number aa mentioned below

After this he confirmed the products will be delivered withing 2 weeks. But after a week when i enquired about the shipment details there was no response. When i threatened that I would go to Consumer court hee responded saying it will take some more time. After that he hasn’t responded. I tried to reach out to him through an alternate account regarding a new enquiry and he immediately responded. This means either he has blocked me or is not responding on purpose.

Hi- was a refund initiated or was the product delivered? I have been scammed by the same account.
No one has reached out to me yet. Can I pursue the complaint with you Priya? Its the same account that I transferred the money to. My order was for a custom bangle worth Ra.4500 placed on the 11th of June
I’m sorry. The complaint stands as is. I haven’t received the product nor the refund. I saw an update from the seller. hence with a hope that I will receive the product and that I might be wrong about the seller I had updated the comment. Apologies to all for the same if it has set some expectations.
The seller Krishna Rathi has been absconding since long time now. I don’t think we will get the product or the refund.
