My Name Sumit Singh and my Registered Email ID is sumitsingham4u@gmail.com and Registered mob no. Is 9582011901 in the Flipkart Account. I purchased Honor Magic Watch 2 (46mm) Smart watch by Seller: RetailNet ,Rs. Of 7567 and ORDER ID OD123002919805304000Order placed on Oct 02, 2021,
06 Oct 2021, I was received my order box ,when I was open the flipkart box, I am socked…..
Fully different item and brand received, totally fraud and cheat by seller with me. He was sent AMAZFIT brand watch.. Flipkart given Policy is very Poor and very disappointed it.
I want to replacement my original order Honor Magic Watch 2 (46mm) Smart watch ,otherwise Refund my Total amount Rs.7567 Immediately. and also attached files in this mail for proof. please find this attachment file.and today flipkart block my account.
Kindly Resolve this Complain and Refund my amount Immediately. Otherwise I would like to file case against flipkart in consumer forums..
