We went to Mahabaleshwar on 9th Dec 2022. A guy approached us with scratch card of Royal club saying that it’s there 10th Year anniversary (lie) and we will get one gift out of 4 mentioned in Gift card. He asked us to go to Neeta’s Shanti Villa resort to claim our gift. In resort there sales expert and fraudsters (Mr. Shubham Shrivastav, Mr. Kush Kumar Yadav, Mr. Pragnesh Sawant) pitched in various membership plans for more than 2 hours. At last we agreed on a 5 year membership plan at 1,05,000 INR.
They shown us that they have hotels at more than 180 locations worldwide and we can book any hotel any time. But now at the time of booking they are just giving 6-8 locations as available.
