me and my wife visited the presentation of royal club international on 09/10/2021at HOTEL MORPHO BOKARO.
They explained membership plan with total amount of 65000/- with all verval communication fron their side.
i paid 65000/- through HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD . But all the term and condition mention in welcome mail is totally different from what they told us.
we have cheated and they broke our trust so i am lodging this complain and request for refund of Rs 65000/-
