Text of Complaint by Dhanya Sreenath:

This is to bring to your notice the pathetic and unapologetic response on the part of Jiomart for my complaint.
I have been following up for the delivery of my order since July 13,2020 and then for the refund of my order no- 15943205099000390M- INR.1591/-.
The order was not delivered but the status is changed by Jiomart as “delivered”. Big fraud on part of Reliance Jiomart.
I had called and registered complaint on July 13,2020- 0022649903 and email on July 17,2020 – 0022694415
But look at the audicity of your employees,they changed the status of my complain as “Closed”..HOW????
I spoke to the call center floor supervisor on July 17,2020 and had recorded our conversation..it clearly states I would get the refund in 3 – 15 working days..”WHERE IS MY REFUND MONEY”
Since then your call centre does not speak to me on call..keep me on hold for 10 mins..your so call CS head does not respond with resolution to my emails.
With last resort I have written to you for your intervention.
