On 28th March I buy a new postpaid sim card no 9341455178 which was not activated due to documents missing and on activated time by agent through I was paid rs. 599 by UPI attached here. I complain to jio company so many time but I didn’t received my refund many and they said to already sent to my account but I can’t find any refund amount till date so please requesting to you taking action against jio company
