We had booked 2 packaged tours with R.S.Travels (Vasu Gupta) which were cancelled due to the country wide lockdown in India from March 2020.
Below are the tour details with dates and amount:
Tour 1:
Delhi to Shimla Kullu Manali Tour – 31 March 2020 to 6 April 2020 – Cost: Rs. 1,00,000/-
Tour 2:
Delhi to Chardham Tour – 26 April 2020 to 06 May 2020 – Cost: Rs. 1,20,000/-
We had paid an advance amount of Rs.99,000/- for the above 2 tours on 12 Feb 2020.
These both tours were cancelled due to the lockdown and the travel agent Vasu Gupta is not refunding the amount paid.
We also requested last year (March 2021) to take us for the tour and adjust the amount but he is not ready even for that.
He is not even receiving the calls from us and ignoring them.
Please help us to get our money back along with the proper compensation and interest.
