Complain regarding <Refund Query> against booking id – 6457126356 is pending from 7 days and getting no response from paytm. They done fraud of 2058 Rs by giving me Volvo bus booking of 6 th Nov, provided invalid contact no of bus operator, incorrect boarding point details, incorrect alternate no provided by their customer care executive, second executive disconnected my call, third executive given only fakr commitment that in 24 hrs will get resolution now 2 days passed ,multiple follow up taken but no response by them.
