Text of Complaint by Anurag Vijan:

Dear mam/sir, I have purchased an order from swissclub with order number SW1840, the quality was not good and they also send me a small size, so I mail on their official email id for refund and also type a message on their WhatsApp official message, because there is no other option available on their website to refund. Till date they didn’t acknowledge my message, if I call them they block me from there, so that I can’t contact them, they blocked my 3numbers, as per their refund policy, I also sent back the courier at their location for refund. but still they are not paying me back. All the mail’s and message I done from my side is attatched. POD number is 1460119592, it’s a tracking number of which I sent my courier back to them.
