Today I got a shipment by Amazon Shipping and he said that I have ordered this. After conveying me he got me to pay for the order. The barcode of shipment was holding 4 Cargo pants for men, But when I opened I got two torn and dirty shirts, one kids pan and one hat. After seeing all these, I went to the site from where I ordered 4 sets of cargo pants. The site seems to be unavailable from showing the page like ” We are currently closed”. The site name was indulgeyarn.com. After not getting connected with them I called to Amazon customer care as the ordered was shipped by them, but, executive of customer care where not at all supportive. The only response from them was “Aise fraud sellers humaare pass bohot h sir”. After that I asked him for more details about the seller he provided me with the seller number, which is not at all working now. Number seems to be switch off and on truecaller it shows me the location of Bihar. Bihar the epicenter of scam. But the main arises is should, Amazon level of company verify the seller to whom they are providing the service of shipment delivery. I am just disappointed by the service and support provided to me by the Amazon executives.
