I booked an ola to send a bag to my mother from my office just 3 km away. The total cost was 50rs. But the driver after reaching the destination asked for 500rs and my mother not knowing about the actual cost gave him 500rs. I am calling the driver and he is not picking up.

I want the refund. And the ban of the driver
