I ordered a kurta set for around ₹5500.
It was despatched to me on 13 th Oct ,22 from Delhi. I got the message that it has been despatched .
It was delivered to me on 20th October. I live in NOIDA . It very near to Delhi.
What I received was a used old rag kurta. I instantaneously reported the matter to customer support of nykaa fashion.
They took 72 hours to do inquiry but after that rejected my request and gave me no refund.
