Text of Complaint by Sushmita:

I had paid 2,413 for Combo of 2 Layer and 3 Layer Lucky Bamboo Plants in a Glass Vase with Pebbles, and another 3 layer lucky bamboo plant. I did not receive the glass vase which was the costly item. I received 2 packages with clearly a note on one of the package that the glass vase is in another package which I never received. After following up with Nurserylive so called customer care for over 20 days, they now tell me that I never ordered for the glass vase! To add to the agony, they have removed the order history from the website and are sharing a link of my order (which I am unable to access) claiming that I have never ordered for the glass vase! Is this how Nurserylive cheats to make money! Their customer care agents – Priyanka And Rajnish are highly ineffective in providing any solution and compete each other to provide the worst experience someone can ever have. I am raising this complaint as I have lost money, more importantly my time in following up with them and now they are resorting to fraudulent measures to cover up. Is there someone who can help??
