I have booked the ticket from Nuego portal. While booking I have opted 20:00 (time of journey.
The amount was deducted and I got the ticket of 8:00 AM.
I immediately contacted the customer and they said either I have to cancel the ticket by bearing 350 rs as cancellation charges or I have to pay around Rs 1300 (Rs500 more per person for 120 KM) as fair difference.
I explained them that it was not my fault on which they didn’t agreeed.
