I bought the product from Myntra. When i got the product that was not as expected. The quality of. Product is not good you can say that worst product. So i submit a return request. After 1 to two days a delivery boy came and i submit the product to the delivery boy on that i asked him to give an acknowledgment slip or any type of pickup confirmation message so he told me that you will get a message in in 4 to 5 hours. After that time i got a message that your item is mismatched and product pickup os rejected. So I think that product rejected because might be its defective. After a day i got a mail that we can not proceed a refund because item is not came to on myntra desk . Then i call myntra customer care so they respond the same like product is not reach on their desk. And he also want a confirmation or acknowledgment slip but delivery boy did not give me any type of confirmation or message. Then i also take a favor of Twitter and tweet against the mantra in Twitter after the i got a call from myntra amd they are not solving the problem only extending the date. That mean myntra and myntra delivery boy is making fraud and it is spreading very fast in our area . Their many cases happened in this area. They are totally making fraud. So Getting mentally torture. So please do the needful.
