Text of Complaint by Sapna:

I have ordered a product from Messho order Id 345346722832129 and Tracking Id M00442203459. I had ordered the product on 18 June2024 and it should be delivered to me 20 but because of delay it get delivered on 22 june, 2024. It didn’t deliver to me neither I got any OTP. But status is showing the product got delivered by Valmo. I never heard about Valmo either it is not available even 50 Km radius of my address. After that, I raised a complaint against it on 26 june 2024, complaint number is 8719416620191. Meesho customer executive told me this issue they will resolve within 7 days. Today had been 12 days since my complaint but Meesho company didn’t do anything about it. They are just delaying it by saying wait for tomorrow kind of thing. I have already been suffering through this fraud from 12 days.. How much should I wait to get my money back or the product. It is just waste of time and money since last 12 days. Today also I have talk to customer care executive Sanjeev who told to wait again for 7 days. I am not able to understand that why my complaint is not taking care by Meesho about not getting a prepaid product. Now, they are just saying we have highlighted your complaint wait for 7 days more. Now they are cutting my call again and again.
