I have ordered Navratri Special Kurti with bottom from meesho of Rs. 697/- Seller of this product is Khushboo Enterprise. This is big scam by Meesho & this seller I have received totally wrong product & denied for return. My order ID is Sub Order ID 409206245371_1. & Now not able to return it says you exceeds limit & pickup is not done because of different product. Meesho customer care said we can’t do anything. Please help me to refund my amt.

Kindly do the needful ASAP because I got the mail with above complaint reference no. and saying that system not allow us to process the return. There is no fault from my side. Kindly refund my amt. ASAP.
Same happened with me yesterday I got my order and got old track pant and then this qc non qc drama start of meesho and delivery boy and told lady told me we can’t refund.i cant see your details , technical error.you didn’t wrote old track pant blah blah.meesho need to stop this other wise will loose customer.very pathetic customer service very disappointed.i have raised my complain today and got to know me akeli nahi hua bahut logo k sath scam horaha hai
This is fake no solution at all I have received the mail that system not allow us to return this product because as per our record right product is delivered. This is ridiculous. I want my money back anyhow because I have been cheated by Meesho & seller. If I will not be answered positively I will complaint in GRAHAK SURAXA.
You will not do anything.Meesho has lost trust of customer already.got same problem and what resolution email I got today morning is you can’t help and soon ekta will get the same email.

I never order from Meesho for this reason! They seem scammy all the time! Amazon and flipkart are the safest choices right now when it comes to shopping.
