This is with reference to the Instakart Services Pvt. Ltd. is offering
Master franchise options under my pincode area 474020 Vimala sadan, G-314A, Shatabdipuram Phase-1, DD nagar, Gwalior (Madhya Pradesh ) in India. I got a call from Mr. Sayan Mondal Franchise Relationship Executive, Mr. Dipanjan Sasmal Franchise Area Manager Ekart Kolkata H.O who said is calling on
behalf of Flipkart (Instakart Services Pvt. Ltd.) introduced me to the
opportunity and took my email ID for send the proposal. The proposal was
sent by Mr. Sayan Mondal who is a franchise relation executive (
www.ekartlogistics.com.) After filling the application form, I was called
to arrange a telephonic interview with mr.B A Sreenivas Reddy who is the
Franchise Manager. After the interview my application was approved and a
MOU was sent for signature ( As attached). I was asked to pay the master
Franchise Fees of Rs.35600 along with the signed agreement Later, as per
the agreement. through bank NEFT. But I was paid the master franchise
registration fees i.e. 35600rs (acc. Holdaer name-instakart service PVT LTD acc. No.-1045453462 IFSC code KKBK0008079, bank-Kotak Mahindra bank) After that I was received payment invoice. A quotation for the office equipments were sent. I was told to pay 50% of the amount and rest 50% will be taken care by Instakart themselves. Accordingly I was not paid Rs.1,90127.93rs total amount, AS discussed after reached the office furniture at site I will pay the office furniture amount as EMI (25%) and cash on delivery 25% ammont. Slot was booked and received the mail from

They assured me to deliver the equipment on date 30-31 may-2022 and also visit at site on date 28/05/2022. Entire team has vanished. None of the
mobile numbers are reachable since 30/05/2022. On date 28/05/2022 I was
talk with Mr. Dipanjan Sasmal regarding visiting team and office furniture reaching at site timing and date, there are so many Toll Free numbers and mobile numbers registered under Instakart service PVT. LTD. Even the QR code on the E Stamp paper used for MOU looks genuine. The team is well educated and speaks fluent english. There is no way anyone can suspect them for fraud. This has to be nipped in the bud else this will grow into a very
big scam.
Therefore I request to please kindly look into the matter on priority.
Please confirm for me ASAP.
