We had installed Independent Tv in January 2019. It was working good till February then they have stopped to broadcast all the HD channels but we were fine to it. But then they have stopped to broadcast mostly channels. Also the channels were hanging in the time of braodcast. Then again they have moved our package to Best Fit Plan without informing or taking our concern. When we have installed this Independent Tv DTH, they said like all the channels will be same even after TRAI rule and for that we had paid Rs2500 in Advance for one year. Because of me my friends and my relatives also bought this set top box (independent tv) and now they are also suffering because these fraudsters. Now, we are not able see atleast 1 channel all the channels are stopped from 12th June 2019. I tried many time to get connect with local vendor as wel as customer service but issue not resolved. They are not responding properly.

• I don’t want this fraud company service I just want the refund of it. Kindly do the needful.
