I have asked for a new connection from the Hathway dealer on 16/06/23, he told me that connection is definitely possible the next day and asked me to recharge the plan.I recharged for 648, after then next day, the dealer refused the connection telling me it is not possible. The hathway dealer forced me to recharge the amount previous day even after knowing the connection is not possible.
The Hathway dealer then stopped picking up my calls when i asked for refund. I have not received any confirmation or calls or email from Hathway billing team. Total fraud by the hathway dealer
