I order one oximeter on this website . Paid rs 412 for oximeter but they did not respond also no customer care help . I want my refund back .i paid from debit card.

I had purchased Oximeter through online by paying Rs412/- on dated 23rd April 2021 also received
confirmation message & order number #2365. Also received message that ” Your order from gadget180.in has been shipped” but till now not received my oximeter. Kindly arrange to refund my money.
same incident happened with me on 21st april 21 !!
